How to Clean UGG Boots
1. Using a soft bristle shoe brush, gently brush your shoes/boots to remove any dirt or dust.
2. Lightly dampen a small sponge in cold water (making sure to remove any excess water) and clean your shoes/boots by lightly dabbing the surface.
3. Once you have completed cleaning your shoes/boots, blot them dry with a soft white cloth until they feel dry to touch.
4. To assist with the drying process and maintaining a good shape for your shoes/boots, you may stuff them with paper towel.
5. Place the shoes/boots in a ventilated space (avoiding sunlight and heat) and allow them to dry for 24 hours before wearing them.
6. When the shoe/boots drying process is completed, remove the paper towel and take a soft bristle shoe brush and lightly brush them if required. Remember if brushing suede or sheepskin, to gently brush in one single direction, so they look their best.
NOTE: Never put your shoes/boots in the washing machine, tumble dryer or take them to the dry cleaner.

1. Where possible use a shoehorn to assist with putting your shoes/boots on more easily, this will prevent any creasing or damage to the
shoes/boots exterior.
2. Do not stand on top of your shoes/boots when not wearing them, as this will cause them to lose shape and be deformed in appearance.
3. Avoid fully submerging shoes/boots in water, putting them near heat/fire or using them in extreme weather conditions.
4. Avoid, acid, oil, alcohol and other corrosive substances near your shoes/boots.
5. To maintain the shape of your shoe/boots use shoe trees.
6. Never put your shoes/boots in the washing machine, tumble dryer or take them to the dry cleaner.
